A little place on a shady street,
Where loud people with loud opinions,
Opine on their ideals,
And come to terms with the fact,
That yes, they are indeed kooks.
Define "uphold the Constitution". Which Costitution, the actual one, ignored by all three branches of government, or what passes for a Constitution twisted regularly and mutilated by the "Supremes"?
Seriously, this is just more bad law, we have to hope those involved will come their senses. That said here are a few thoughts: Maybe congressmen will voluntarily stop leaking security matters to the press, maybe if a law is really broken by a president members of both parties will insist he is prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and maybe just maybe, if the press suspects rights granted by the Constitution have been violated someone will first check to see if the right really is in the document and then report fully and acurately on the subject.
