As NASCAR returns to ESPN for coverage next season, it’s a good time to revisit advertising and discuss improvements. I recommend that all coverage be commercial free from Pole to Checker like in F1 racing and European Soccer. F1 and Soccer Hooligans won’t have interruption in their sport. And good on them! Racing under Green flag, doesn’t lend itself to all the commercials that get rammed into the coverage, it really diminishes the viewing of a Race. Television shouldn’t treat all sports like Football with all of its glorious built-in breaks. Place your Ads for Budweiser and Doritos into the turf like F1, and let’s view the NASCAR Racing uninterrupted!
